Privacy Policy

This policy describes what HUNNY Studios collects when you visit our website at hunnystudios.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It is written in plain language; where we use a specific term it is defined inline.

When you visit any page on this site, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard web-server information: IP address, user agent, referring URL, and request timestamps. Vercel retains these logs for up to 30 days for operational purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers at this time.

If you email hello@hunnystudios.com or call (612) 339-7929, we keep the content of that correspondence as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and run a rental engagement with you. That includes your name, email, phone, company, and the details of the production you are planning.

Our client portal (used for booking studios, managing insurance documents, and signing rental agreements) is not yet open to the public. When it launches, we will update this page to describe the full account-side data model. The short version: we will store your name, email, company, phone, the COI documents you upload, the rental agreements you sign through DocuSeal, and a record of the bookings and invoices associated with your account.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with the service providers that run our business, only as needed for them to do their job:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Supabase — database and authentication (once the portal launches).
• Postmark — transactional email delivery.
• DocuSeal — electronic signature for rental agreements.
• Google, Microsoft — sign-in providers (once the portal launches).
• Intuit QuickBooks — invoicing and payment processing.

We also share information when required by law (subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of our staff or clients).

All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords for the client portal will not be stored in plain text — they are hashed by our auth provider (Supabase). Certificate of insurance documents are stored in a private bucket that only staff and the uploading client can read.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hunnystudios.comwith the subject line “Data request” and we will respond within 30 days.

This site and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this page as our services change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
