This website is an informational showcase of our studios and equipment. It does not, on its own, create any rental obligation. A rental is only formed by a signed rental agreement and a confirmed invoice. If you contact us through this site, our reply does not constitute a binding rental until those documents are in place.

All content on this site — including photography, copy, the studio and equipment inventories, the brand name, and the HUNNY Studios logo — is the property of HUNNY Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Linking to the site from your own site is fine.

Do not attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the site or any associated service; introduce malware; scrape content at volume; or impersonate another person or entity. We reserve the right to block traffic that violates these terms.

We do our best to keep studio specs, equipment lists, and rate information current, but the site is provided “as is.” Pricing, availability, and equipment inventory can change without notice; the governing numbers are whatever appears on the signed estimate or invoice for your specific booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, HUNNY Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website, including any loss of business or profits from content changes or site downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in state or federal court located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
